On 21 and 22 June 2010 the first important edition of the “The Art of Coffee” Coffee Days took place at the Customer Competence Center for Coffee in the headquarters of Petroncini Impianti.
The Customer Competence Center is a vast structure which covers the entire process chain for coffee and similar products with the possibility to carry out experimentations and trials using the most innovative technology for coffee processing.
The event “The Art of Coffee” has obtained a big success with the attendence of many customers coming from all over the world and the partecipation of important multinational companies.
The rich programm included theoretical presentations on innovative technological solutions, pratical roasting demonstrations with comparison of the various sensory / energy saving profiles and cup tasting sessions in order to evaluate the final product.
The event has been concluded with the guided visit of a complete coffee roasting and handling plant of an internationally important company.
